Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand. Thank you.
Replacement
Within 15 days (From the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intact, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the supplementary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
Refunds
We will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original package within 30 days of purchase(From the date products were received, Please note that airmaxfamily.com is not responsible for return shipping costs.), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back intact, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgment on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)
Return and partial refund

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intact, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

Other return
In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 25% re-stocking / processing fee and US$30 return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
Insurance
You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance. The shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half the loss.
